Freezing

Energique meals are made of fresh meat. In 20 minutes the final product is frozen down to -40°C, preserving all essential ingredients. Following the freezing process, the slices are immediately packed and taken to the freezer.

Cold storage trucks are taking the products to the wholesalers. Both the product and the process are monitored by the National Inspection Service for Livestock and Meat (“RVV”).
